Economy Delivery to UK mainland addresses costs £5.95 +VAT. If you need your order faster, our Express Delivery option lets you get your order delivered the next working day for £12.00 +VAT. Delivery is free when you spend over £99 +VAT (£118.80 inc. VAT) on products.

Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland
Some parts of the UK aren't considered "mainland UK" by our couriers and they charge more for deliveries to these locations. Delivery charges are for a box up to 20kg and charges increase at 50p per kilo thereafter.

We can ship our products worldwide. For many countries you can obtain an accurate delivery price at the checkout, but for some destinations you may need to contact us for a delivery quote before order, or place your order and receive a quote afterwards. Delivery charges are based on the size and weight of your order.

How much does delivery cost?
Delivery starts from just £5.95 +VAT (£7.14 inc. VAT) for Economy Delivery to mainland UK addresses.
Are there any hidden costs?
UK mainland charges for orders placed online are at a flat rate and there are no other charges. Our couriers do charge extra to deliver to certain UK postcodes they deem to be "non-mainland". We'll tell you how much delivery will cost when you reach the checkout, as this can depend on your postcode.
How long does delivery take?
Economy Delivery takes 3-5 days, Standard Delivery takes 2-3 days, Express Delivery is typically next working day for most mainland UK addresses. Our Premium Delivery option lets you select the day of the week and the time slot you'd like for your delivery to give you maximum flexibility. Deliveries to non-mainland UK addresses, including the Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and elsewhere can take slightly longer than stated times.
At what time will my delivery arrive?
Our couriers usually deliver Monday to Friday 8am to 6.00pm. Next day delivery is available to most UK mainland addresses if you order in stock items before 5pm Monday to Thursday. If you opt for our Premium service you can select your chosen delivery day and delivery time.
Do you deliver to Northern Ireland?
Yes, we deliver to Northern Ireland.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Yes, we provide delivery prices at the checkout for common delivery destinations. At present we're unable to provide shipping estimates for every destination at the time of ordering. We'll contact you with the delivery cost after your order has been placed.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes, free delivery is available for online orders when you spend over £99+ VAT (£118.80 inc. VAT) on goods. Free delivery is not available for telephone orders.
Do you offer palletised delivery?
Yes, large orders will be palletised. Please contact us if your order requires palletisation so we can arrange this.
Can I select a Saturday, am or specific day delivery?
Yes, Saturday delivery is available via our Premium Delivery option. You can select from either delivery any time up to 6pm on Saturday, or opt for pre noon delivery.
How much is delivery if I order by telephone?
If you order by telephone, Standard Delivery is charged at £10.20 inc. VAT and varies according to your location and parcel size. Free delivery is not currently offered on telephone orders.
Please note, there is no minimum spend to order via the telephone, however their is a minimum spend of £10 when paying by card via the phone.
