Printing and branding / Pad printing
Pad printing is a printing process where a 2D image can be transferred onto a 3D object. To achieve this, we use an indirect offset printing process where the image is transferred to the substrate using a silicone pad.
The image is etched into a flat printing plate and ink is flooded across the surface, leaving ink in the etching. This technique can be used on a variety of surfaces such as flat, spherical, angled, textured or concave.
Pad printing is a great method for creating branded point of sale items as it is specially designed for printing onto difficult products. Branded point of sale items enhance your business image, making your company more memorable and appealing for customers and visitors.
