What delivery options do you offer?
We offer a range of delivery services varying in speed and price. You can find full details on our delivery page and at the basket when you checkout.
Can you send me a quote for a bulk volume?
Yes, we offer discounts to customers buying in lower bulk volumes directly from the product page. For larger quantities, you may request a bulk volume quote by clicking the Request bulk quote button on the product page. We'll get back to you via email with a web quote code you can use online.
Can you make me a bespoke product?
Yes, we specialise in bespoke POS manufacturing. Bespoke manufacturing is, of course, most cost-effective for volume orders, but if you contact us we will be happy to offer some guidance on a minimum order quantity or suggest an alternative standard product.
Can you remove your branding and invoice from my order?
Yes, if you're a reseller and wish to send an order directly to your customer without revealing your source, please select the option at the checkout. We will then use unbranded tape on the box and will not include a UK POS branded packing slip.

Can I collect my order?
Yes, if you’re based near Stockport and you're spending over £20 you can collect your order from us free of charge by selecting the Click and Collect option at the checkout.

Can you send me an invoice?
We will send you a VAT invoice via email after despatch. You can also obtain an invoice for your online order from the My Orders and Invoices page. Invoices are only available once your order has been despatched. For other invoice queries, please contact accounts@ukpos.com.
Can I get credit when ordering online?
Yes, we offer instant credit for the public sector. For private sector companies, credit applications are open to businesses who spend a minimum of £500 per month. You can apply for credit here.
What payment methods do you take?
We accept payment by card, invoice, credit and PayPal. You can use all of these online. See our payment page for more information.
Do you price match?
Yes, if you find the same product cheaper elsewhere fill in our Lowest Price Guarantee form and we will aim to match it.
How do I send you my artwork?
Artwork for print orders is sent after the order has been placed and is not required when you check out. We will send you an email with instructions 30-60 minutes after you checkout. See our printing page for more details.
Why are my clear acrylic products blue?
We only manufacture using clear acrylic, but our products are coated with a blue or green protective film that is often mistaken for the product colour. If you peel this off, you will find the pristine clear acrylic beneath.
How do I report a damaged item?
If you submit a damage claim we will assist you as quickly as possible.
How do I return a product?
You can return an unwanted product within 14 days. For full details on returning an item see our returns page.
